Wir locken den Frühling mit einem Kirschblütenzweig

Hach, bei diesem nieselkalten Wetter kann man sich schon ein bisschen den Frühling herbeisehnen, oder was meint Ihr? Vielleicht mit diesem Zweig, der an die Kirschblüte erinnert?
Well, with this wet cold winterly weather one really wishes spring to come soon, don´t you think? Maybe with this cherry wood like branch the spring might be tempted?


Zunächst habe ich das Motiv mit Markern koloriert und abgestempelt. Am besten arbeitet Ihr dabei zügig und haucht Euer Motiv dann nochmals kurz an. Angemalt habe ich es dann mit der Tinte der Marker indem ich diese auf eine Folie gegeben habe und mit Wasser verdünnt mit einem Pinsel aufgetragen habe. Die Kreise sind mit einem melierten Embossingpulver embosst und dann mit Kreideweiß und deckendem Weiß verziert. Der Spruch ist ebenfalls mit weißem Embossingpulver embosst. Er lautet: "Für diejenigen, die sie sehen wollen, sind überall Blumen".
I first drew with marker on the stamp and stamped the branch. You better work quickly so the motiv does not dry out too quickly and you sigh on to the motif just before stamping it. I then added the ink from the marker with a brush by drawing some of the ink on a foil and diluting with water. The circles are embossed with mottled embossing powder and I added some accents with white chalk and opaque marker to it. The sentiment is also embossed with white powder.
